Welcome!!

So now that Jonny and I are married we decided to make a blog so all of you can see just how exciting our new married life is! :)

To start out, here are some pictures from our cruise. The picture on the left is our formal night. Pretty sure every Mormon on the cruise knew we had to be Mormon also just from what I was wearing. A shirt under a spaghetti strap dress...only Mormons do that. We had one of only two or three tables that were a table for two. Every other table had 6-8 people sitting together. We enjoyed our dinner together every night...just the two of us! :)

This picture to the right is our first day on our honeymoon just about to board. This was Jonny's first cruise and my second but nevertheless we still loved it. This boat was the second largest that Royal Caribbean has. It held 3,000 people. Jonny was able to get the whole experience of a cruise all in one. :)

This picture to the left was Jonny's and my first taxi ride. We were scared for our lives but I guess that is the definition of being in Mexico. The taxi drivers' speedometer was broken so who knows how fast he was really going. ha. So Jonny, in an attempt to try and save money with a taxi, told the driver to take us to "downtown" instead of the "golden zone." Well apparently, the "golden zone" is made for tourists and we went to downtown because downtown was 4 dollars cheaper. Well it turns out that downtown is ghetto of all ghettos. Jonny and I got to see the true Mexico. That was interesting.

To the right was Jonny's first time going Parasailing!!! HE LOVED IT!!! He now wants to start his own business in the U.S. doing parasailing at Lake Powell. That would be cool but they won't let him do it. :( He already looked into it. I would have joined him but we missed the opportunity to do joint in Cabo. Apparently, Cabo is the only city that does a tandem ride. Bummer.

The picture to the left is us on the ATV tour in Puerto Vallerta. Gosh that was so much fun. We drove through rivers that had a pretty heavy current and the water came up to the handlebars a couple of times. It was so fun except I got attacked by mosquitoes and counted the bites. I had a total of 52 bugs bites and 47 of them were just on my legs. That was not fun.

Well all in all the cruise was AMAZING!!!! We loved every second of it and it was just perfect for a honeymoon. Everything was included except alcohol which wasn't a problem for us. It was just absolutely great. Were already planning our next one....well maybe in a few years, or five, or ten. :) All we know is that we definitely want to do it again!

Steph I love that you have a blog now! So fun. We loved our cruise for our honeymoon too and had the same taxi experience. I was sure we were going to die or someone else would.... Scary!

Awesome! I've never been on a cruise, but hopefully some day. :) I'm glad you had such a great time and that you are writing things down so you will always remember them.
We all miss you tons! Take your next cruise out of Florida and come by and see us!
